Without night, day is meaningless. Without bad, good doesn’t shine. Without Villain, film seems incomplete. We all know how villain affects both hero’s life and our mind. That’s why the cult villain of Bollywood Gabbar Singh is now ruling in our heart as if he was a hero. To make villain’s presence stronger, Hara Patnaik has cast not one but three villains in his new movie ‘Om Sai Ram’. The movie which is currently in production stage has Hara Patnaik himself, along with Minaketan and Chakradhara Jena as villains.

Hara Patnaik, we already know, is legendary villain of Odia cinema who has been in negative role in many odia movies. Minaketana who has marked the status of a fine actor lately can handle villain to character roles with ease. Chakradhara Jena is more popular in television world than cinema. He has won the heart of people through his negative character Nakhia Patsani of Sara Aakash. Currently, he can be seen in another challenging role in MBC TV serial ‘Mati Ra Baikuntha’. How all these three villains give fight to the protagonists of ‘Om Sai Ram’, that we will see when the movie will hit the theatres.

‘Om Sai Ram’, though sounds spiritual by its name, is an action film. The title suggests the name of the brothers and their relationship. After Hara Patnaik divinely recovered from Cancer, he planned to make a movie according to Shiridi Sai Baba and Lord Jagannath’s name. After the mahurat on 14th November, the shooting of the movie has also started from Siridi Temple of Bhubaneswar. The movie is, reportedly to have Manas, Budhaditya, Sabyasachi, Riya, Bubli, and Prakruti Mishra as the leading actrors and actresses. Manmath Mishra has scored the music, while Sirsananda Daskanungo, Basantraj Samal, Manmath Mishra and Nizam have written the lyrics of the movie. This film is being produced by Susant Kumar Rath under the banner of S.K. Films.
